I just did my first fresh water dip with my Clown Trigger. Both of his eyes were cloudy and I was told they were parasites and that a freshwater dip should take care of it.
So I just finished the dip. I left him in freshwater for 10 minutes. Everything went fine and I did see some of the parasites "pop out" (they were little white specs). However when I placed him back in the tank his eyes are still cloudy. I was under the impression that after the dip he would be cured.
Did I not dip him long enough? Or does it take time for him to heal after the dip? I don't know if I need to dip him again or just wait a few days?
The good news is he is acting perfectly normal since I put him back in the tank. I just want to make sure I get him back to 100%
What should I do now?
