Please post more, whoever criticizes you for spending money on fish should seriously be banned from RC!
 
Ive had the clarion for close to 2 years now. Hes surprising mellow, save a few species, which he absolutely cannot stand (regal angels, being one of them). I feed very heavily. Nori every 2 days, at least (usually every day), pellets on an autofeeder (Hikari, NLS, Microcrabs, Kent reef herbivore, Omega One), cyclopeeze/sprulina flake when I get home from work, and frozen at about 8ish or so (PE mysis, Hikari mysis, formula cubes, squid, clam).

A personal mantra of mine is to never have fish in an emaciated state. I feed heavily, and strive for them to be robust, like they are in the wild. I have an enormous skimmer, run carbon, ozone, do religous water changes to combat nutrient issues. I run the tank bteween 72 and 73, which definitely slowe dthe SPS growth, but also shifted color to a little paler colors, too.

What kind of skimmer do you use? and do you use a chiller? if so make, brand and any problems you have had with the chiller?
 
Hey Jeremy, not sure how I missed this thread! Gorgeous fish tank!! That wrought iron is HUGE.

very impressive! you really should post more pics and videos and don't worry about any stupid comments. 99% of people looking at that tank will state how great the collection looks, and the remaining 1% are jealous! ;)

Actually I think 100% of us are jealous, but only 1% will voice it in a negative way while the other 99% will see it as something to admire and some day aspire to :)
