Agreed!!!! Placed an order from some items and unfortunately 2 of them were out of stock. I got a call and a email rather quickly asking how I wanted to handle the out of stock items and the in stock items. Great customer service and right on top of situations that arise. Got my two items 2 days later and the rest will come next week if they come in on time,
