I have until 6 am to fix this. She will get up then and see it. Someone please help.

I spilled a whole can of purple pvc primer all over the dining room carpet.

Is there anything that will get this stuff out or should I go get new carpet somewhere...

it is ruined, i spilled some on new washer doing up new water lines to washer and it wouldn't even come off the washer, carpet will be even worse.

Hate to be in your shoes in morning, sorry wish i could help.

Someones gonna get beat. That sucks I spilled some on the basement concrete & I couldnt even pressure wash it off.

think of it as an opportunity to put some value into your condo

or just get a rug

or blame it on the cat

How big of a stain?

How big of a stain?

DOn't blame the cat. It will find some way to rat you out! It probably has video of the entire thing.
I dropped a can of paint once and managed to cut a piece from under the couch and transplant it where the stain was. Just get a new really sharp razor knife and some hot glue.

Just be sure to orient the piece in the same direction.

OR, put the can by the spill and get the wife to knock it over! Nothing like a good frame up job! Ok, maybe the cat is the way to go.

I'm f-ed. She did not buy the cat spilling the thing.

If you guys don't seem me on here for the next 48 hours call the cops lol.

I'm gonna go look for the same caret so I can cut out and replace that square.

That sucks! That's why I only use the clear primer now.

This is the only way to go.. the only reason there is purple is for when a inspector inspect plumbing he can tell it was cleaned prior, guess it doesnot matter if there is glue or not, but hey its clean :D..

I used clear for years until I forgot to glue one of the connections and spilled about 200 gals of water... Then I switched but now I'm going back. That's if I survive the torture my wife will put me through.

Doc: I might be taking you u on the extra room offer soon lol

I really don't want to move the tank and I really, really don't want to put down a whole new floor. The floor plan of the condo would be a pain in the a$$.

Depending on where the spill is, you could cut out a big rectangle and put down pergo/hardwood - kind of the opposite of putting an area rug over hardwood.

I blamed the cat when I spilled kents iodine. it turned out yellow and i said it was liquid puke.....cant believe she bought it. the cats NEVER puked
