**edit** got the width down to the max allowed, but now it's too big filesize-wise....gotta work on cutting the image quality now i guess.

ok, think i got it now. had to be under 150 pixels wide & under 8192 bytes in size. i had to change the pics in the gif from jpeg to bitmap & then take 2 of the 5 frames out......

anybody that wants, feel free to steal it if you like
