really, I don't complain a lot. I realize how much effort and responsibility there is involved in running a business. I also know crap happens and that you will never make everybody happy all the time.

I placed my first order with md a while back and everything went without a glitch. 300 bucks worth of stuff np.

placed my second order with md total 800 bucks parts where dropshipped from manufacturer parts where backordered etc. etc. I was the one doing the running calling md and the manufacturer to find out what was going on. md was helpful at times but 4 weeks is a long time to wait for an order. it kind of rubbed me the wrong way and I got nothing for it. hey 10$ coupon sorry it took so long. yeah no "we are sorry but it clearly states in that our policy dropshipped items blah blah blah" that's it. ok, I am going to place another $700 order. are you guys gonna cut me some slack? "no, you can look under our clearance items blah blah blah". this will be the last one. I am going to find another way to get my stuff from someone who appreciates that I spend money with them. not to be too harsh, but I just was not feelin the love if you know what I mean. :-)

there I'm done ranting now.

Thanks for your post, I do apologize for the delay in my reply. This was an oversight in my part.

Normally when an item is dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer, turn around time is normally 3-5 business days, depending if they have the item in stock or if it needs to be built.

I suspect that that the reason your order took so long was because the manufacturer quite possibly might have been out of stock of the item or a part to build your item was not available at the time of purchase. Unfortunately a manufacturer will sometimes take longer to back to us if an item is out of stock or a part is missing.

I apologize if you felt if you were not treated properly when you contacted us, this is not our standard. The $10 store credit was provided for you for the inconvenience you experienced.
