I need a controller that can..........

switch on/off up to 10 different lights at various times. Whats the cheapest out there that can do this? I think just about any can, but, I have not seen it in any specs that say "10". I also have not had a chance to dycypt all the meanings in the spec's sheet that tell me in a not so direct way that X brand can do it.

So, for those that "know", can you throw me a bone, lol?
