I need a 'fuge tank

My new set up is lacking a fuge for my macro.

I'm looking for something between prolly 15-25 gallons but it needs to be drilled so we can plumb it inline.

Ideas?

that might work for me actually...

lemme double check with my dad on the measurements :) it's sort of tall, that's the only thing i'm worried about

It's plastic, you should be able to cut it down without hurting the side strength. That lip on the top does make it more rigid, but I don't think losing it would be a problem at all.

I think it'll FIT...but the fact that i'm throwing macro in there means there will be a light on top, and in a deeper tank i'm going to have to have a stronger light. That's the only reason I'd consider cuttting it I think.

Also, a few inches of sand on the bottom would make it "shorter" for lighting purposes.

Done deal ;)
Would you like to pick up in Baldwin (exit 20 on SS Pkwy) or should I bring it along to the next meeting?

how far from me do you live?

depending on the distance (meaning as long as it's not toooo far) we'll probably pick up

I'm off until Tuesday, but should be able to remember to bring it with me then. A PM late Monday night would help guarantee my memory.
I'll just have it there for you so that you (even just send your Dad if that's easier) can come by anytime between 7:30 AM and 3:45 PM to get it. I'm on the road most of my day, and meeting me might be tough. Anyone there will be happy to give it to you.
I'll send you my work addy.

okey dokey...my dad usually gets a lunchbreak from work around noonish, so he might be able to jet out then to get it :)

Using the following input parameters
Tank Length = 21 inches
Tank Width = 15 inches
Height of Water above Overflow = 19 inches

Sump volume is calculated as
Sump Volume need to handle tank overflow = 25.9 Gallons

This would be a little high, as the measurements I took include the lip around the top. Probably more like 22 gallons.
