I Need Electric Installed. Who?

Well, I need to get electric run. Problem is, I need it run to the upstairs front of the house. The box is downstairs and back of the house on the opposite end. I had someone who was going to do it but I can't get ahold of him. I bought 2- GFCI 20amp breakers which I need installed and I need to make room in my box. He said he could add some stuff to other breakers to make room for the 2 new ones so I wouldn't need a subpanel. I also need to find a way to fish the electric all the way through my house to that point. I don't have a fortune to spend on this but it has to be done. Fishing it to the point I think will be a bit harder than what you will think. It's a split level with a finished basement.

So basically, I need someone who knows what they're doing and has the equipment to do the job.

I can pay cash (depending on the cost) or I can trade some stuff as I have some pumps/lights/skimmer/tank/corals, etc...that I could trade or add to cash.

Please let me know as I have to have this done to get the tank setup.

Thanks,
Justin

Well it depends. I don't even know how much in materials nor do I even know what I need. I already bought the 2 GCFI Breakers. Roy and I were just talking about you. He said you might not be able to do it but could drink beer and scream orders at him to do it. I'm just worried about the fishing it to where it needs to go and the overall cost.

I'm sending you a pm also

Is the attic finished? If not, you could go straight up to the attic, across to the front of the house and then down to your outlet area. You'd have to crawl around in the insulation but better now than July.

12 gauge wire's cheap.

He was saying using conduit (???)

So I could also run my top off line the same time, correct?

Are you going to run it on the outside of the house? If not, you should be able to just pull romex through the walls.

If you run your top off line, be sure that it either can drain or is VERY well insulated. You don't want any water sitting in it to freeze.

Actually, what I was just sittin here thinking was that I don't think I'd want a top off for my top off reservior. I'd prefer to simply have the RO and pump downstairs and have the tubing go up into the attic and then down the wall into an opening behind my stand so I could just flip a switch for a few seconds and it would fill up. Then I could just pull the tubing out of the wall a bit more and I could switch brute cans and do my water change. Would that work? I don't think I want to set up a float system on the brute can. 32 extra gallons scares me. It will only take a minute every 5-6 days. No big deal

Crap. I was just thinking about it. My attic is only on one side of my house. (Not the side with the tank)
The other side is high ceilings.
