I need help identifying this

My tank has been up and running for about a month and a half now. I had ick breakout and am treating them in a QT tank. However, these little guys are absolutely everywhere. Can someone help me depict what this is?

yup digitate hydroid. Not good, although there are plenty of way worse things. IME, they will just sort of go away all on their own.

yep.. just leave them.. they won't cause problems and will likely disappear..
Lots of little "creatures" can come in on live sand/rock, coral frags,etc..
