Here are some pics of my reef tank in which you can see the " problem- carpet".Every morning I have to put it in the right place again!!!!.

I hate to say it but that carpet might not make it, it looks sick to me and your BTA is bleached. You need to feed that BTA of your with some mysis and cut SS's. As for the carpet not footing is because it's not healthy and it will die in a few more weeks.
Sorry.

My BTA is just divided.I have it in my tank for 3 years ago.I don't know what is wrong with it. I'll feed it as you say.
Thank's for you advice.

If its moving its not happy where you want it, let it find its happy place and let it be.

root out a fair sized bowl in the sand where you want it and it "may" stay there but it may not.
The BTA and Carpet will not live happily together it may be part of the problem right there but that's a guess.

As far as it looking sick, Well it don't look all that sick to me.
mouth is gaping a bit but that may be from your constant moving it and irritating it IMO
They like a moderate flow and lots of light and STABLE water cond.

I do agree with feeding the BTA if it will take it most definitely bleached
Good luck
