I think we're officially past sooner...

Well, I know we're at least 3 years past sooner, but I'm trying to make sure it doesn't take another 3 years to get set up... :D

Well, I guess I can be glad that you guys waited until I got "jump started" before y'all started picking on me. :D

Of course, if I get this tank going, I willl want to get the other tank going also. Then all you people will need to be ready to help me fill it with frags. Oh, I said "if", I meant "when". Actually, it has been so long since I started wanting to have a tank, that I can hardly beleive that it is happening. I go in every afternoon looking on the floor to see if the tank as sprung a leak or something.

Who knows I might even get my gagare cleaned up in the process. Most of the plumbing is going in the gargae.

Thanks for the support and encouragement.

Eddie

Hmmm, I think I recall something about a build thread??? ;) I'd sure like to see the progress... :D

A build thread, huh. You are just saying that so I will have to post something to the thread as I make progress,,,,,,so I will make progress --- cleaver Randy, cleaver. Not a bad idea, however. I got some pic last night after I added 200lb of sand. I added 80lb Sunday. With 280lbs, I still do not have enough. 20sqft is a lot of surface area. It was one cloudy mess.

NO DOUBT!

It's about time!

I know...I know. If there's any way I could get out of working I would.

But I'm already being a PITA trying to get off of work for the swap and I was off the weekend before last. So there's no way.

I feel terrible!

Mmore advice needed. The big move is tomorrow morning and the tank is still cloudy from adding the live sand. Not much light for the coral and a mess to swim in for the fish. What to do?

I have some clarifier you can have... If you have a filter sock or some floss, you can put it on the output and use one of the QO pumps to catch some of the suspended particles...
