I need some coral food recipes please!!!

Wasn't sure what thread to put this in. I am looking for some coral food recipes that I can maybe get from my local grocery store. My LFS is having troubles getting frozen food and my corals are getting hungry. Just wondering if anyone know of what I can feed my corals, mostly LPS meat eaters. Or maybe a online supplier for frozen foods. I've been feeding mainly squid and clam.

FWIW: i use Marine Snow and frozen Cyclop-eeze disolved/dilluted in a cup of tank water.

I was watching a fellow reefers posts on the food she was making.When she started her second batch,she started selling it.It was a local sale,but i pm'd her and she shipped on the bus.My fish go bananas for it,and the corals get fed as well.This is what she uses

- Mysis
- Nori (All colors)
- Oyster Eggs
- Garlic (crushed)
- Scallops
- Vitamins (selcon and zoe)
- squid
- Krill
- Spirulina flakes
- enriched rotifers
- spirulina enriched brine shrimp
- cyclop-eeze
- silversides with heads and tails removed
- cuddlefish
- shrimp

It gets portioned(1 cup) into freezer zip bags,frozen flat,easy to break off what you need,and only 10 bucks a bag
