I need to revive my RBTA STAT!

So a couple months ago my RBTA split into two smaller ones. My maroon loved both of them and slammed both as much as he could. The now smaller anemones couldn't take the punishment and hid deep in the rock work. I finally got around to taking the maroon out and i flipped the rock with the two anemones over so it could get some light. One of them is starting to get its pink color on the end of it's tentacles. But the larger one is completely white. What can I do now?? I try to feed them by placing small pieces of silver side near their mouths, it sits there, but I never see them eat it. Is there any way to help them get healthier? Thank you very much

How long has it been since the split? The mouths may not have fully recovered yet, and they could be incapable of eating yet.

I've heard that partial water changes following a split can be really helpful in the recovery.

It's been a long time. I can't remember when.... a few months maybe? They have mouths, I've fed them before

Well I put them in a small 2 gallon aquarium inside the bigger one with plexiglass on the tops with cracks just small enough to keep out the clowns. The smaller anemone doesn't move and has more color to it and getting larger tentacles. The larger anemone constantly moves away from the light. I flip the rock over and it moves to the bottom. It's bleach white/gross tan. I barely has any tentacles. How do I feed it?

I'd stop moving the rock, if it's in bad shape it's probably not helping it much to be in the light ATM.

I've heard that for an anemone in that bad of shape you can use hemostats to hold pieces of food just barely touching the mouth (not pushing it into the mouth) until the anemone starts to eat it.
