I need UR help on a Pico 2.5 or ???

I realy like the picos and i am thinking about getting one for my mom for mothers day witch is a couple of months away ...( so i can get the money) and so i need a small 2.5 to 5 gallon tank for here to look at down stairs. She wishen mine was downstairs..so im going to get her one. I will take care of it

now ive seen some ideas like one had a drilled hole in the bottum and sump....i dont now what its called but its got a tube in the middle of the tank and the water travens down the tube into the sump.

i personally like the aga 5.5 with custom wood hoods and 2x28w cf for lighting.

I like the 5.5, but I would also look into a 12g biocube. I know thats might be a bit big, but I also know my Mom overfeeds and likes to overstress the bioload to the Cichlid tank that I put together. Just the extra gallons of water might make things easier.
