I noticed my blue hippo tang has very white lips and they look almost chapped

Help please.. I noticed last night before I went t bed that my hippo's lips looked chapped pinkish white and protruding and almost flaking. I recently got this tank on cl and have been reversing a lot of neglect. I have been feeding emerald entree, garlic flakes, garlic pellets and fresh garlic mixed in with emerald entree twice a week. She does have Hlle pretty badly but sinc I have added garlic and a variety to hear diet her color is coming back to her face and fin and tail rot is going is doing better. Any help would be great, her lips look whit and pink and sore..she still has ferocious appetite and is acting normal. Here are some pics

On a serious note, are you giving the tang any meat in its diet? That fish looks sick. I will be sticking around to see what others have to say. GL buddy!
