I/O or Reef Crystals Salt?

Currently using I/O and thinking about switching to Reef Crystals salt and wondering what you all use

I use I/O i was considering trying RC though more expensive, made by the same company though. I might buy some when i run out of I/O.

I/O is great for a fish only, Reef Crystals has added trace elements which make it better for a mini reef.

I just started this hobby and I'm using Reef Crystals, Its only a few bucks more.

At the LFS they cost the same, RC has more trace elements and calcium is higher. If you're going reef then I would sugest RC you wont need as many additives to make the calc and Alk in line with reef. It may work out Aliitle cheaper to use IO with additives but RC has the easy factor of mixing and having nearly constant and correct levels without having to measure and dose and stir and test that will go with IO. If you can make something less complicated in this hobby than I say make it ealess complicated.

I use Reef crystals and it seems to be great. You can get a 200 gallon mix tub at live aqauria for about $31.00. I usually order three buckets at a time and pay only 15.00 for shipping. Your local stores charge a lot more than that.
