I only recieved one part of my shipment

So I recieved a part of my shipment today but on the invoice it said that the ASM G1 skimmer would be shipped in another box, but on the box that was delivered it says "box 1 of 1", meaning there are no other boxes coming! So when am I going to get the other box. On the UPS tracking page, it says that the status is delivered, but it is not!!!! And the skimmer was in stock when I ordered it, so this is not the issue!!!!!!


Please help me out, I am needing this item the most, I need this item very soon!!!!!!!!

I have ordered from Aquacave in the past and they are great. Albert takes a lot of time to make sure things are correct. I made a large order a few months ago and a Sea Swirl shipped seperatly from the factory and arrived a couple days later. Its a common thing.

I also ordered some things before x-mas and the ph monitor said it would be shipped in another box that i never received... I've sent you and email but i have yet to get a response...
