I really need help with my yellow tank

I just got about 1 week, I put it in the fish box for 1 week and the face of my yellow tank turn black
I really need help I dont know what happen. The fish still eat food and swim like normal but its dont want to move around. First the balck colour just around the eye and right now It's almost half of the body. :sad1:

check your water quality. what size tank? anyone else in the tank?

Right its in hospital tank about 30 gal tank. It only yellow tang in the tank.

do a 50% water change and monitor breathing. still need to check your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate

If your water parameters are in good position, the other thing I could think of is the possibility it is a hybrid between a Yellow Tang and Scopas Tang (just saying)

How quickly did this happen? What is the pH.
Can't really tell from the photo but I might try a freshwater dip with pH matched water.

I've seen discoloration similar to that from flukes but I wouldn't expect it to be so localized.
