I should have known better. Need some help with hospital setup

So I purchased some fish that where supposedly pre quarantined and disease free and added them to my display. Tonight while conducting my nightly tank inspection I noticed my coral beauty has little white specks all over it that are only visible under blue lights. Looking closer I noticed my clown has some specs on his fins. Ick!! Lesson learned, never trust anyone. As of now they are still eating aggressively but I need to treat.

I am going to build a hospital tank and transfer all livestock for 9 weeks and let the ick run its course in the display while I treat the fish. I have a few questions to make sure I do this correctly.

Size? I have to attempt to catch the following. A 4" Foxface, Coris Wrasse, small Coral Beauty, Clown, and a blue/green Chromi. Will a 20 gallon rubber made brute storage tub be big enough?

Filter? I have a heater, air pumps, and stones but no filter. I was going to pickup a 200 gph marineland bio wheel filter. Is this sufficient or anything else recommended?

Cycle? Do I need to wait for full cycle before adding the fish or just use display tank water to fill the quarantine and add used filter media to the hospital filter? Maybe run whatever filter I get in my sump for a few days before adding it to hospital setup?
