I should know better than to call

Because every time I call I end up buying something else :).

I had a problem with some lights I had recently purchased to MD (one MH that was waaay too yellow compared to his brothers, also purchased at the same time). After a little conversation and collecting of info from me they got it all worked out. I bought a new bulb and will ship back the "bad" one for credit once the new one arrives (a plan which works for me:)).

Well, while getting all of the details worked out with Rodney (I really hope I got his name right :o ), we started talking about lighting reflectors, ballasts, bulbs, etc. And I more or less ended up deciding to buy all new lighting for the 180 we are setting up here... I shoulda known better :D

MD has great customer support and a knowledgable staff (and a good portion of my paycheck each month :eek:)

I just wish he wasn't so knowledgable :eek2: .. then it would have been harder for him to convince me (and to do so without even trying :)) about the lighting setup for our new tank



Extreme sarcasm in the above statement, naturally :D Rodney did a great job and I can't thank him enough for helping educate me on proper lighting faqs, etc :)
