He's packing everything up! :eek2:
To move it about two blocks north to his new location :D
He said that the new store is actually smaller than his current place, but when I drove by, it looked bigger.
Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up incase you drove by the old place and saw it empty.

I went by on Saturday night...saw a sign "Space for Rent".

Glad he is not closing and just moving.

Good luck Les.

You should have checked out "A Lot of Fish", about 2 miles west on Montauk Hwy. Very healthy livestock, good prices, and the owner is very friendly. I recently stumbled upon the place, and it will now be my go-to store. It's right at the corner of 231 and montauk hwy. Check the current LFS thread for more info.

it's really West Islip, it's right on the end of rt 231 near the boat yard. 1 block east of the bicycle shop.

I second that.;)

We are moving just around the corner onto 5th avenue. We will have a parking lot, new displays and about 2X the saltwater stock we previously had. The store should be open again in the middle of October.

I make my way out to Fishy pretty often, I look forward to meting you there.
There is an issue here that I have to address now though. Being an owner of an aquarium related business makes your post above commercial. Please tak a few moments to familiarize yourself with our User agreement as the rules are slightly different for those with commercial interests.

I was out in West Sayville last night and drove down Main and Montauk ....saw the sign at Fishy..:( he just finished the upgrades too......looking forward to the new grand opening......is Dominic the guy who had the place on Sunrise Hwy in Freeport thats a Chinese food place now.
