So I spotted this Vertex Alpha 250 for a Steal of a deal.... so I bought it, now dang! I need a bigger tank 
..... there is a plot here
300 on the way, coast to coast external overflow, bean animal drain, custom sump. I run Zeovit so Avast Marine Vibe for that, passive carbon, red dragon or equivalent return pump, LED/T5 lighting, GEO Ca Rx with Aquarium Plants Carbon Doser .... all the goodies. Been doing since 1988, this is my dream tank so doing it with what I want and using a lot of lessons learned over the years.
Any and all advice listened to for sure! (that's my 3 month ole 120 in the background)
