I have seen these in my LFS and I think they are beautiful. How much did you pay for your at your LFS? Is there a difference in male. I saw super male and some other type of male...Thanks

You can get them cheaper online than in a LFS. At www.nyaquatic.com they usually have pairs of them available for $250, and sometimes less when they are on sale. A couple months ago, they had an awesome supermale for about $150.

I've seen nice healthy pairs for sale as low as $150. It all depends on where you look and the timing. I love them and I have one terminal male with 5 females. They really add a splash of color throughout the tank.

they are a great addition to a community tank and very interesting to watch if you have a male and some females as they display and it is beautiful .good luck and nice choice but make sure he is eating before you purchase .

It's not all about the price, quality is what counts for long term survival. One of the RC sponsors (Aquatouch) has a pair for sale. I highly recommend AquaTouch as a source for quality fish. They QT and treat ALL fish that they get. Your not going to find a lot of places that do that.

I have ordered from Mike before and was happy with my order. A while back ordered some female lyretail anthias that I wasn't happy with. Too big and pale in color. I thought they would be orange. I could over look that because of the price but this is a more expensive single fish order.
