I think I'm going FOWLR... Need stocking advice

I've been doing a lot of reading on different fish, and I've decided to go FOWLR with my tank. It is a 180, and I have a 100-gal sump including a 20-gal fuge, 105# LR & 55# base rock, a shallow sand bed, and an ASM G3 skimmer.

I'm thinking I will make it semi-aggressive. I'd like comments/suggestions on this for a possible stock list:

1 Picasso trigger
2 Blue chin triggers (male/female)
1 Flame hawkfish
1 Coral beauty - or other angel
1 Dogface puffer
5 Golden domino damsels
3 Blackmouth, bicolor chromis
1 Magnificent foxface
1 (__suggestions?__) tang

How is that, in terms of bio-load and compatibility?

picasso triggers look cool.
fade's parents have an awesome looking angel.

i don't like puffers.

i love my sailfin tang. he's peppy!

other then that i don't have any real advice. :)

Choose differently
1 Dogface puffer
5 Golden domino damsels
3 Blackmouth, bicolor chromis

Those particular Chromis grow up to be one of the most ignorant fish I have ever kept. Dominos are crazy mean too. I would go with more passive species and pick out 3 or 4 species and just get one of each.

The dogface will be stressed out with those fish I think.
You might be able to make him comfortable in there but there could be problems.

Tang ? - Go to Kurts and pick one out

get a fork tail lavender tang. they are awsome!

I had never heard of that one before, and it doesn't make it into my Marine Fishes book, but the pic on liveaquaria.com is beautiful. LA says they are peaceful - Do you think it would be OK with somewhat aggressive tankmates, like the picasso trigger?

So you think the dogface is too passive?

I saw a suggestion on the FO forum to use damsels to clean up after messy eaters like triggers & puffers, which is why I added those to the list.

Also I was wondering if those chromis will school - ? That is why I came across those... I was trying to find something that would school but could hang with semi-aggressive tankmates, and I know blue-green chromis school.

srgnt majors are schoolish. and semi aggresive.
i have a big one you can have. :) like 3 inches...

here is mine.. he is super fast. his name is flash

look at his blurred face and you can kinda see the orange dot on blue background pattern!

i have never seen one before, except the one that i got. talk with the owner of an LFS and see if they can get you one. Ctenochaetus nigrofuscus is his name.

i love erwin also

trottman, he's gorgeous. I will definitely consider that one. Since I'm new at this, I want fish that are hardy, but also they can't require passive tankmates.

New proposed list:

2 Blue chin triggers (Or maybe crosshatch?)
1 Flame hawkfish
1 Coral beauty or Flame angel
1 Large angel (suggestions?)
1 Harlequin tusk
1 Magnificent foxface
1 (__Lavendar?__) tang
3 Yellow tangs
5 - ? Schooling fish recommendations?

As you can see, I think I may forego the Picasso, the domino damsels, and the blackmouth chromis - they were all just more aggressive than the others in the list. I also ditched the puffer. I forgot to include the harlequin tusk yesterday - I definitely think I'd like one of those.

Is 3 yellow tangs too many? They look nice in a group... and I definitely want at least one group of something.
