i have an osmaltor (sp?) 2-6100, and a wavebox, and something beeps at me every once in a while.

it sounds like the osmaltor when the float tells you the water is too high. it beeps for a second then usually water is topped off. i do not like this b/c it usually happens at 2 in the A.M. and it wakes me up.

any ideas or do you need more info Roger?

thanks

oh yeah all the tunze stuff is less than 6 months old.

Probably the wave is making the alarm on the osmolator go off because the sump is filling up on a high wave. Either raise the float (best solution) or disable the alarm on the osmolator by changing the internal jumper position. It is also possible the Streams or wavebox pump is dirty, all the drivers (blue boxes) also have alarms that sound if the pumps are getting dirty. If they haven't been cleaned in at least 6 months this should definitely be looked into.

i will clean the pumps and see if this fixs it....i think that might be what is wrong with the beeping....:D

i will let you know what happens
thanks
