I finally got a somewhat of a good picture of my peppermint shrimp could someone tell me if she is or not carrying eggs.

Yes, if you have at least two of them they will always have eggs. The larva are a good live food for LPS corals and anemones.

Yes I do have 2, no I did not know that they will always have eggs. What else will eat the larva since I don't have LPS corals or anemones.

Basically anything. Fish, filter-feeders of any sort, filters, etc.
