I thought my blue line trigger was dead!!!

I came downstairs tonight about an hour after the lights went out in my tank to find my trigger laying against the rocks like he was ill. I hadn't fed him for the day because i was trying to cut back but he is only a juvi. However, I poked at him several times with my hand and he just laid there. When i turned on the lights he was back to his normal behavior. He even ate. Do they go into a dormant mode when relaxing or sleeping. That was the first time I saw him like that. Maybe he was just relaxing or something. I thought he was sick but soon as i turned the lights on and fed him he was back to normal..

He was tring to get some sleep and you bothered him? Most triggers "sleep" and may act confused or seem in a trance when doing so.

yeah, they play dead when you scare them too.
got any pics of him? how big is he? I got one that is about 1.5" right now.
