If I purchase some more female Bartlett's anthias, how long will it take for them to start to change sex? If I want to QT them for 6-8 weeks, will I have a problem when adding them to the big tank with the established male and 2 females?

This is in a 75? Maybe catch your existing fish and qt all fish together. I could see how after 6 weeks in qt a group of females would have a dominate female. Also having two males won't be a end all. Sometimes they will get along just fine with other males of the same species.

They will be QT'd in the 75. They will then be moved to a 180. Don't think I could catch the ones in the 180 without ripping apart the whole thing.

Then you take the chance of possibly having two males. It might work out just fine. I'd make sure you get as many as you want to keep this time
