In a word, no. You can certainly get them to mate and lay eggs that will hatch, but getting the animals through the planktonic stage is very, very difficult. It has never been done for Odontodactylus. The only species that I know of that have been reared from the egg are gonodactylids, Neogonodactylus wennerae, N. bredini, N. oerstedii, and Gonodactylus chiragra, and this took incredible effort.
