Anyone else have any luck mixing a goby with a blenny?

I was never told impossible but improbable....by multiple people.... even the person at the store i bought them at said they usually will not get along.

My Randall's Shrimp goby and Starry Blenny get along fine... ditto on whoever told you it was "impossible" or "improbable" is completely wrong, unless, you stick them both in a nano maybe.

I've read that the lawnmower blenny can be troublesome towards other blennies, but nothing about sleeper gobies.

I have a 14g Biocube and I'm having good luck so far with my Randall's Goby and Flametail Blenny. My flametail blenny came first and has a funny, friendly personality. Randall seems to be very passive as the new guy, and I haven't seen them go at it yet! :) I know it was a risk adding the goby (especially since the tank is small), but everyone has a place to call their home. i'm keeping a close eye though.

I have a 280 and my lawnmower and orange spot get along just fine. The spot stays on his end of the tank and the blenny makes his way around, even within 1/2" of the spot. No issues.

I have learned to just read something before I ask questions, some LFS employees shouldnt be working there anyways. But I had a diamond goby and starry blenny for at least a year til I got rid of the goby, too many sand dunes.

you guys have it all wrong..... you can mix gobies and blennies all day long, you just can't house 2 gobies or 2 blennies with the same body structure.

I have had a watchman Goby, 5 inches and a 4 inch lawnmower for over 2 years without any problems.
