i wonder where is my order

hi,
I ordered a refractometer, Salifert Ph, calcium and kH/Alkalinity test kits from you on Tue, 25 Jan 2005 23:07:00 -0600. i have since received one email message. A port of the message says:

" ...
We will email you a copy of your invoice and tracking number same day the
order ships. For dropship items, if the factory furnishes tracking, we
will forward to you soon as we receive.
... "

To me, this means i should get another email when my order actually ships. But up until today, 2/2/2005, I have not received any email or orders yet. Is there anything wrong? How come it does so long to ship? My order number is:

Order Number: 49783

If you can help me to check it, that would be great.

Hi,

Sorry about the delay on your order. We had some printer problems last few days and a few orders didn't get printed for the shipping department. Your order was one of them, i have upgraded you to 2-day air for the same cost as the ground and will ship today. So you'll have it monday. Sorry for the delay.

thanks for the update and the upgrade. yes i was a little worry about my order because today i still haven't receive any shipping email yet. good to know that you have taken care of my order. i should get my order monday.
