I would like to add some flow

I have a tunze wavebox 6212 in my 150 that measures 60x24x24, currently this is the only thing I'm using for flow. I was thinking of adding a 6105 but I just want an opinion from the experts to get the best possible flow in my tank in combination with the wave box. What would you suggest for power heads? I mostly want to keep sps in this system.

It's usually preferable to have two powerheads, one in each of the back corners of the tank. That said, a 6105 together with a Wavebox should be sufficient. How well it works will depend partially on how your rock is laid out. I think ideally you'd add a second 6105 or else a non-controllable Stream like the 6125.

Yes, but you need their AquaSurf module.

The Aquasurf module says it only works with AC3, AC3Pro, and ACJr. Not sure this would work for me.
