Ice Cap ballast Help

Im trying to hook up my lighting. Imhave having trouble with the T5's. I have an Ice Cap ballast and I figured I would test it before I mounted them. I think one bulb is out. When I go to plug it in the lights will fire up for a second then turn off. Only three are firing up, so I switched the lights around and the same light blunt is out, but the same issue is happening. Stays on for one second then nothing. I have checked the fuse, all the wiring and can't figure this thin out. Can anyone help?

What ballast are you running, and how many and what wattage bulbs are you running?
The ballast is sensing something wrong- like a loose wire or mis-wiring- and shutting itself down.

You say you switched bulbs, did that non firing bulb follow, or stay in the same position(ie did the non firing bulb flicker somewhere else)? Are you 100% sure you have it wired correctly with no loose connections?

It is a icecap 660. Im running 4 39watt bulbs. When I moved the bulb that didn't fire to another set of end caps it didn't fire again.
I know this worked so im sure im just kissing something. I purchased a month ago and saw them running. I removed them from old canopy and tested before I installed them. That's where I had trouble.

It might be that bulb is indeed no good, Im not completely sure if the IceCap will consider that something to warrant shutting down though......

If you have a bad bulb, they will fire then shut down.just had this happen.
put the new bulb in and you should be good.

Ok ill go buy one. I really hope this works. Lastnight I took everything apart and put it back together piece by piece and checked every wire for issues and I got nothing.
