icecap 660 question

OK I just got a used 660 and I don't have the power connector.
so what I need to know is where does the hot,neutral,and ground go? looking at the 4 pin Molex connector could sombody look at there's and tell me like(upper left hot lower right gnd) I hope this makes sense.:rollface:

For the life of me I can not get it right side up...lol just print it out, then flip it over...

The 4 pin is for dimmers VHO only... not T5's.

Icecapinc.com.....has all the wiring instructions if you have the harness it is the the white ,black ,green

white ...neutral
black ....hot
green ....ground

like stated above the smaller plug on the fuse side is for the dimmer cannot be used unless fireing VHO ...t5s are not dimmable .....DO NOT PLUG 120V into any of them you will be buying a new ballast!!!!!
