Icecap 660 T12 to T5

I currently have a 55 gallon LPS tank. I have an Icacap 660 with 2 - 36" daylight T12 VHO bulbs. I also have 2 50/50 65 watt CF lamps. I have always wanted to grow SPS so I have been told I have to upgrade my lighting. Can I convert my current Icacap 660 to use 4 T5s bulbs? If so, how? Would this allow me to grow SPS?

yes to all..You will need the wireing harness for the T5, encaps, and standoffs plus reflectors for each bulb.
