Ice Cap 660 is rated for 440watts, but will put out up to 456 watts of VHO (16' of bulb length). It will run up to 4-48" T-5 bulbs, but they can be wired for numerous bulbs and applications (up to about 440 watts of load). I've ran 3-60" (140watt) VHO as well as 4-65 watt PC off of a 660, but if you're only running 216 watts of T-5, I immagine you'll end up getting 216 watts of T-5 out of the 660 (but they may apear to burn brighter on the 660. http://www.icecapinc.com/flapp.htm
You'll need to run a minimum of 2 bulbs on a 660, up to a max of 160 watts each: http://www.icecapinc.com/660-2.htm
but you can also run 110 watt bulbs up to a max of 4 total bulbs only : http://www.icecapinc.com/660-4.htm
48" T-5 run 54 watts each so that shouldn't be a problem on a 660, but honestly I don't know how much (if at all) it will overdrive a T-5.
