IceCap LED Tube Array's

Is this "IceCap LED Tube Array's" a whole unit? Or is it just like a bulb?

This is a single tube unit. Everything comes with it, including the clips to mount with. This would be like the equivelant of having a single T5 tube, but only with LED's running the length of it.
