Icecap or ARO 175 electronic MH

Decided to go with a single 175retro over my 29gal mixed reef.. I am just not sure if I want to go with a Icecap or go with a hellolights ARO ballast. Other than the ARO being a cheaper priced ballast can anyone give me any pro's and con's of these two ballast..

What brand / K temp do you plan on running? Suprisingly icecap fires some bulbs brighter than others running on the ARO and vice versa.
