Ich and equilibrium

We have an angel that has a few tiny white spots. They barely show in a picture, but they are there. He's been in the tank for about a month and been healthy until a couple of days ago. He is also loosing his color (it goes back and forth) and swims like his equilibrium is off. I know the white spots are a symptom if Ich - is the equilibrium being off also a symptom of Ich? or should be be looking toward another problem? I've read a lot on the forum about Ich, but didn't see anything that mentioned "off balance" swimming.

Is the angel rubbing against rock or anything because that is sign of ich.

Proper diagnosis is needed to treat your fish correctly. From your pic I cant see much, i have a fairly old pc. Maybe someone else will see soemthing in the pic.

Thanks for the advice and links...after reading more and looking at pictures, we're fairly sure it's ICH...we're going to proceed with treatment in a hospital tank.

if your proceeding with hypo youll need to a refractometer and you need to treat all fish and leave tank fishless for 6-8 weeks

If it is not ich hypo won't help. It may be marine velvet.
