ICH! Does garlic really work? Cleaner shrimp/gobys?

I have heard so many things about ich. In person and online. I know the only sure way to rid ich is by hypo and copper. Has anyone really had success with garlic? I have also seen post about cleaner shrimp and neon gobys, but does this really work?
So many peole have different views, anyone have true succes with alternative medicine/cleaner crews? Which is better at cleaning gobies/cleaner shrimp/fire cleaners or even cleaner wrasse, but I heard they are hard to keep. Antone?

i had success using a combination of soaking my food with garlic and having cleaner shrimp in the tank to combat ich

soak with garlic extreme or u make your own? Do u have fire cleaner shrimp?
