Ich in display tank

I have a 24gal. currently stocked with a clean up crew, a few corals, a cleaner shrimp, one perc. clown, and a coral beauty.
Well the coral beauty now has ich.
My current levels are:

Salinity - 1.025
nitrate - 0
nitrite - 0
ph - 8.4
ammonia - 0
Temp is about 80

I know I need to treat the display but I am confused on, do I need to remove all the live rock, corals and cuc?
Please help asap

Do not treat the DT! Remove the fish and treat in a different tank. Leave the DT fallow for 6 - 8 weeks. Treat the fish with hyposalinity and/or copper. After 6 -8 weeks the fish can go back in the DT. Your coral, shrimp, etc. can remain in the DT as Ich parasites only host to fish.

I am bad, I don't have a QT tank. My son has a 12 gal tank that I can take some good water from, but I dont know what to do.

You don't need a large tank for treatment (10gal) will do fine. All you need is a small power filter, heater, and a few pieces of PVC pipe for the fish to hide in. Take some water from the DT and put it in the treatment tank. Set the heater, and then remove the fish from the DT and put in the treatment tank. If you don't have a refractometer, hyposalinity treatment is out until you get one. Buy a good copper treatment (Cupramine is good) and follow the instructions. Remember the DT has to remain fallow for 6-8 weeks or you will just re-introduce the fish to the Ich parasite again. Good Luck

PH/KH match?

Could I just use a little bit of PH buffer to get closer to 8.0-8.3 and then match temp and put my cooperband butterfly in? I'm going to feed him minced garlic and get a coral banded shrimp for the reef tank to help out in the future as well. I don't have a good tank for this. 5gallon bucket?

Thoughts on that move?

Is this ich season or what?! My son's clown is now covered in the stuff.

It's day two of my qt tank and the salinity is down to 1.012. I have added some media from the old tank along with some amquel plus.
Is it ok to put my sons clown in the hypo now too?

To be brutally honest, this isn't looking good is it?

It may be very stressful to introduce a fish right into hyposaline water. If there's a way you can acclimate the clown to the Qtank conditions over 24 hours, it would be better, IMO.
Hyposalinitty is safe and largely effective but you need to monitor the salinity carefully. If it deviates from therapeutic range, the treatment might not work. There are strains of c. irritans (ich) that are resistant to hyposalinity, so you need to be aware of this. I've used it succesfully on a few occassions. It's not hard, but patience/persistance are key, and rushing the procedure won't give you results.
