i just got a angle fish and intruded it to my tank and a few hours later i noticed he had a few white dots appearing on him. :angryfire: now he is covered in them how do i treat my tank for ich. i have inverts and crabs so copper is not an option at this point.

If he is develop white dots in "a few hours," it's probably velvet and not ich. Copper is the only effective treatment for velvet and you need to remove ALL of the fish into a quarantine tank for treatment IMMEDIATELY. All the inverts can stay in the DT.

When this is all over, quarantine and treat all new fish for 6 weeks and you'll never have to go through this again.
