Ich on two new Clownfish

I started my new tank (after cycling) with two clownfish on Saturday. Since there is no other livestock in the tank I didn't quarantining them. Last night they looked good with no signs of Ich, however this morning I could see one white spot on one and two spots on the other. So the good news is I'm catching it fast.

Can I treat them in the same tank or do I need to move them to a QT? I'd prefer to keep them in the same tank so as to not stress them out anymore. But if treating them in a smaller tank and avoiding any toxins polluting the new tank would be better I can do that too.

So about an hour later I couldn't see the white spots on either of them. They were both in a corner kind of rubbing against each other, which I haven't seen before. They seem to be hanging out in one section of the tank this morning and I didn't observe how much they ate.

I'm wondering it was I saw was waste or something else? Or if it was Ich or Brooklynella could it be wiped off by rubbing against each other? Also, how can you tell the difference between the two. I want to be able to treat the correct ailment if that's what this is.

It could have been sand or just an air bubble. Just keep an eye on them. The rubbing part sounds like they are just pairing up, it wouldnt have got rid of the ich spots if thats what it was.

No signs of any spots tonight. They have been hanging out in one area of the tank today, which is a little concerning. Otherwise, they seem to be doing good. I did buy them frozen shrimp today and they loved it. I also got a bottle of Cupramine just in case. I plan to keep monitoring my water and keep the tank as stress free as possible.
