Ich or something else? ID and Treatment Advice needed

I added a Sargassum Trigger two weeks ago and he was not welcomed by my tangs. To tone down the aggression i put a mirror on the tank wall and within a day it subsided (occasional tail whaps here and there, but nothing to serious). A few days ago I noticed the trigger had what looked like skin abrasions and some fin fraying, I assumed they were from the tangs. Then yesterday I noticed a single white pimple on the PBT and the trigger having a few white blotchy patches. Today the tang has more white spots/dots, but they don't look like the typical ich pictures I googled so I am unsure if maybe it is a different parasite. I have a 55gal I could use as a qt, but catching all these fish and shoving them in a 55 might be unrealistic. I guess step one is identifying it and step two is coming up with a battle plan. Here is the pertinent info:

Tank:158 5x2x2 25gal sump
Nitrate: <5 salifert
Fish: PB Tang, Yellow Tang, Sargassum Trigger, Coral Rabbitfish, Melanarus wrasse, Red Velvet Wrasse, Orchid Dottyback, Occy pair

The white you see is the fish's reaction to the parasite and not the parasite itself (it's actually quite tiny). For this reason ich can and likely will look a bit different on different fish or even on the same fish depending on its health condition.

You will know if it is really ich if the spots go away in a couple of days and then come back a few more days later.

well I suppose I'll keep a close eye on it over the next few days see how it goes. I am tempted to just pull the fish and stick them in a qt, but I am affraid the effort of catching them and sticking them all in a 1/3 the space may be counter productive. Even if I do qt getting the dottyback out may be impossible, he lives in a mammoth rock and hardly leaves it.
