Ich or valvet

I have a Linespot Flasher Wrasse, a Midas Bleny, and a Fiji Foxface in QT. I treated 2 rounds of ParaziPro, then 2 weeks with Cupramine at 4ppm concentration.

At the beginning of the second week, the Wrasse developed white spots on the head and behind the eyes (above the gills). Also, there are discoloration on the body. The white spots are raised and look inflamed. It doesn't look like marine ich as I see it in the photos, but I could be wrong. The white spots are bigger and cover only small part of the body. The wrasse is very skittish, and often dart and pump his head in the glass panel during feeding. He eats well.

I searched the web and looked any many photos, but I couldn't identify it for certain, and I could snap a good photo.

I am on the third week with Cupramine and I added ParaziPro as well.

What should be my next steps?

I am thinking to do large water change, and then treat with ParaGuard.

I tried to take a decent photo, but I couldn't. I don't have an SLR to snap a quick photo (on my list).

Appearance: raised white dots/patches on the head and above the gills. Discolorations on the body. Breathing heavily

Behavior: Eats well (mysis, brine, LRS). Hides most of the time. Occasional panic and darting during feeding. He is very skittish when the Midas Bleny get close to home, but I never seen any aggression from the Belny. The FoxFace lays next to him sometimes like taking care of him.

I thought 2 rounds of ParaziPro had me covered. What medication shall I use next?

Thanks,

Sometimes it's easier to take a video than snap a still photo. You can try that. Upload it to youtube and post the link here.
