ICH or Velvet? Help please

Help!! Just saw this guy has spots on him and I think it is ICH!! Maybe velvet but not sure. I have had him over a year so one of the newer fish introduced it but not showing signs. No quarantine tank but my wife is picking up a 20 gallon on way home. Anyway to use it quickly before proper cycle? Any advice would be appreciated. I know there is a ton of info on here about ICH but I'm in a crunch.

What was the last wet thing added? Problem is if it is Ich the DT has it now and so do ALL the other fish in the DT. Taking the tang out to treat will do nothing if you don’t treat the DT for Ich, since it will get Ich again once you put the tang back in the DT.
