ICH parasite could be in the rock??

I have a Ich problem with my fishes.. I have a 200 gallons tank FOWLR.
Today I get out all fishes and put them in a QT with Cupramine.
Im thinking to make a (100%) total water change. I have had this before.. total water change) no problem with NH3 and N02.)

But I have a doubt.
do you think that the parasit could be in the rock??
with only a Total water change the parasite will be eliminated??

anybody with some advise!
Thank you

Even with total water changes, there is good possibility that tank may hold parasites. this is what i learned recently. Crypt 9marine ick) and Amylood (marine velvet) are obligate parasites meaning w/o host, it will die off. Hold the fishes, even free of ick, in Q/T for month or so then acclimated them back to main tank. i dont know Q/T size and amount of fish. Monitor the water very closely if Q/T is packed. Google for hyposalinity procedure. May able to cure ick w/o any med!!
