ICH TT method beginning question

Ok so I have 1 kole tang, 2 Kaudern Cardinals, 2 black clowns that i put into QT yesterday to begin the TT method of ICH removal. Unfortunately i could not catch my YWG until today and I put him in the same QT tank. So i should count today Monday as day one and i should change tanks on Thursday morning?

Can someone confirm this?

I would the first day as day one. Maybe do an extra swap. Just because you dont want to leave them in more than the 3 days. if you count today as the first day then you might get some re attaching on the 4th day (From the first ones that were caught). If that makes sense to you.
