Help, what does my clown have?

dSUzJ6C.jpg

I brought a tang into my tank 3 weeks ago. The tang showed symptoms like the clown above. I was unable to catch it and within a week the symptoms had spread to my clown and several other fish. I have already lost the tang, a tail spot blenny, a wrasse, and 3 chromis... I don't want to lose any more.

The clown has looked like this for ~2 weeks, which does not fit the profile for ich/velvet. I'm not sure what to do. This morning I tried a H202 (75ppm) / Hypo dip for 30 minutes out of desperation. I don't want to treat with something aggressive without knowing what I'm dealing with.

Best,
Rob

Pic didn't post so it's difficult to diagnose. Clowns are also susceptible to brook... might want to see if that's what it looks like. The rapid deaths sound more like velvet than ich to me (but your correct, your clown shouldn't last two weeks with velvet). Any chance you can catch him and put him in QT with chloroquine phosphate? You can try copper as well but since time is of the essence in these situations I think CP would be preferred.
